Rovinj, land in the economic-tourist zone, 12,000 m2

The building land is located in the Economic and Tourist Zone of the city of Rovinj, for which there is a General Development Plan and a Spatial Development Plan of the City of Rovinj, and has markings; T1 (construction of hotels), T2 (construction of tourist resorts), T3 (construction of tourist camps), which allows the construction of the aforementioned facilities.
